About First Knock

We build one thing: the fastest way for an agent to know who to call when a competitor lists next door.

It started with one office.

First Knock was built for a busy real estate office in Brisbane. Their agents had a database full of past vendors, appraisals and buyers, and a patch they'd farmed for years. What they didn't have was time. By the time anyone noticed a competitor's board and cross-checked the street against the CRM, the listing agent had already door-knocked the neighbours.

So we automated the cross-check. When another agency lists in a patch, First Knock finds every contact the office already has within 100 metres and emails the agent who owns that area, usually within 10 minutes. No new system to log in to. Just a call list, while the news is still fresh.

How we work.

One agency per suburb. We only run First Knock for one agency in each suburb. If we sold it to everyone in a suburb, nobody would have an advantage.

Your database stays yours. First Knock reads your CRM to build your call lists. Your contacts are used for your alerts and nothing else.

Set up by hand. Every office is set up around its own patch, its own CRM and the agents who own each area.

Straight answers. If First Knock won't fit your office or your CRM, we'll tell you on the walkthrough.

Who's behind it.

First Knock is made by Flindev, an independent Australian software company run by Mitch Flindell. It isn't affiliated with any real estate franchise group.
